The £120million pounds plus being wasted on 36 more politicians is scandalous, at a time when our healthcare, schools and local services all need more investment. Only the Welsh Conservatives have committed to reversing Senedd expansion. All other parties support expansion.
The list of vanity projects grows, millions given in support for a failing Cardiff Airport, £1billion on the South Wales Metro when Mid Wales is in desperate need of just a fraction of that money to run effective bus services. This can only stop with a change of Government in the elections in 2026. The devolved governments of Wales, Scotland and NI are here to stay - what we need in 2026 is an effective Government that knows the value of money, has costed credible plans to fix Wales, led by the Welsh Conservative leader Darren Millar MS.
More members will not increase scrutiny. The new super-sized constituencies and voting system for a party will do nothing to address voter apathy. This is a backwards step for democracy here in Wales.
It is time for change and if you elect me and a Conservative Welsh Government, I will ensure that money is spent wisely and invested in all of our futures. The Establishment in Cardiff Bay have neglected Brecon and Radnorshire for over 25 years.
